A Study On The Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Taekwondo In Shanghai Universities

Taekwondo is a new developing sport that combines fitness, self-defense withcultivating high degree of integration. which is a fashion movement of the moderncivilized society. Since the mid-1990s, a short span of two decades，due to themajority of coaches, athletes, the joint effotrs of researchers, Chinese taekwondoteam has achieved excellent results in various competitions in the world，and also seta project in just twenty year. From scratch, until it reaches a peak of sports，“myth"，we not only have a high level of competitive taekwondo team of professionals，butalso have hundreds of thousands of enthusiasts and practicing taekwondo person. Inthe implementation of the M National Fitness Program” movement, taekwondo playedan important role.Because of its unique cultural charm etiquette，loved by themajority of young people. Because the penetration is not high, research capacity isnot strong，poor training and other factors, there is a gap between ChineseTaekwondo level and the World Taekwondo level.This paper tries to carry out from the reality of the situation ShanghaiUniversities Taekwondo start the actual situation of China’s sports development andconstruction needs with the objective to analyze the status of Shanghai UniversitiesTaekwondo.
