Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Xinyang Public Taekwondo Under The Taekwondo Management Mode

With the vigorous development of competitive taekwondo and the market impact brought by the Olympic gold medal,the mass taekwondo industry in the country has developed rapidly,and the number of pavilions in various provinces,cities,counties and even towns and villages has mushroomed.Especially since the establishment of the Xinyang Taekwondo Association in 2015,the number of Xinyang City Dojo has increased by nearly one-third.However,with the continuous expansion of the market,it also shows the chaos of the popular Taekwondo market in Xinyang City,the imperfect construction of coaches,the low awareness of mass sports and the imbalance of urban and rural development,and other issues that are not conducive to the further healthy development of Taekwondo.This study uses the literature method,field survey method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method to carry out the status quo of the development of the public Taekwondo in Xinyang City,the situation of the coaches,the situation of the trainees and the constraints on the development of the popular Taekwondo in Xinyang City.Four factors were investigated and analyzed to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the public Taekwondo in Xinyang City.Research indicates:(1)With the rapid development of the Taekwondo market and the increasingly fierce competition between the industries,the next development direction of Xinyang Taekwondo should encourage the operation of township and town halls.The pavilion itself needs to continuously improve its service capabilities and service quality.Our core competitiveness has enabled all the pavilions to develop in a diversified direction,allowing more people to pay attention to Taekwondo and enjoy the enjoyment of Taekwondo and their own spiritual enjoyment.(2)At present,the public Taekwondo industry in Xinyang City belongs to a youthful and vigorous industry.The coaches are younger.Relevant departments should hold more training courses for coaches,so that coaches can keep up to date with the latest knowledge,improve teaching qualifications,and innovate teaching.System,to ensure the quality of the class.(3)Most of the popular Taekwondo students in the Dojo mode are mainly middle and primary school students.The unique charm and training characteristics of Taekwondo make them able to harvest technology and enhance physical fitness during exercise,but also cultivate good sentiment.Behavioral habits,cultivate awareness of lifelong exercise.(4)Since the association is a service organization,the market should be strictly controlled when cooperating with relevant supervision and management departments,and mandatory policies should be implemented for the non-compliance management and malicious competition to improve or even ban.According to the relevant conclusions,the following countermeasures are proposed:(1)Do a good job in market research and publicize according to needs.(2)Strengthen the construction of the coaching staff.(3)Communicate well and improve word of mouth.(4)Pay close attention to the implementation of the system and enhance the implementation.
