With the development of Chinese language teaching career, from the Chineseeducation for students, adults, and gradually extended to the Confucius Institute ofChinese primary and secondary school classrooms. South Korea, this is a profoundChinese culture affected countries, and now has opened a Chinese primary andsecondary school classroom, learning Chinese language and culture have becomepart of primary and secondary education, and therefore, more and more volunteerteachers to join in South Korea’s primary and secondary school Chinese teachingcareer. However, due to primary and secondary education is different from theConfucius Institute Chinese classroom teaching in the past, is no longer the object oftheir teaching adults, but not yet mature schoolchildren, their personalities are verydifferent from adults, and therefore can not be with an adult Education generalize,which requires more exploration and understanding.2013, I had the honor to become part of volunteer teachers of primary and secondaryKorea, through a one-year Chinese language teaching and observed that thepersonality characteristics of students have a great impact on classroom instruction,which the author based on the teaching of the first line in Korea experience,observation, combined with relevant literature, adhering to the principles of thestudent body, students explore the impact of personality on classroom teaching andthe student’s personality traits and combine Chinese language teaching, summed upfor the South Korean junior high school Chinese teaching strategies, hoping toprovide some reference for future primary and secondary school teachers of Chineseto South Korea teaching.
