The higher vocational education takes an important role in today's higher education system of China. It has extraordinary importance that organizing a student leading group which own high-efficiency cooperation, strong cohesion and long vigor.From personality psychological visual angle, this research focus on selecting right leading students during administrative routine of higher vocational class and how to fully display its overall effectiveness.Firstly, two Contrastive samples (one group with high integrated efficiency, the other with low integrated efficiency) are chosen to do the Contrastive research, which suggests that a reasonable inside structure, harmonious group, and less-internal consumption chiefly depend on personality characteristics, temperament styles, cognitive approaches and the ability to reply the incidents occurring suddenly.On the basis of expanding samples in 20 student leading groups, the personality characteristics research points out that:(1)high integrated efficiency groups have theses characteristics: optimism, enrichment ,cautiousness ,steadiness, calm, be easy satisfied, high efficiency, be good at cooperate with others, having good human relationships etc;(2)the leading students major in liberal arts is more illusory, more sensitive, more subjective, more excited than who major in science and engineering. But they have stronger society guided ability, more forceful leading ability, hardier self-confidence;(3) the D personality style make up great proportion in high integrated efficiency leading groups. Most of the class monitors are belong to D.The research on temperament style of vocational students leading groups points out that :(1) the main temperament style of vocational students leading groups are the sanguineous-phlegmatic temperament, the sanguineous temperament, the phlegmatic temperament.(2)the number of student in high integrated efficiency groups belong to sanguineous temperament obviously more than the student in low integrated efficiency groups. The main temperament style of the member in high integrated efficiency groups are sanguineous-phlegmatic temperament and phlegmatic temperament.(3) there are obviously differences between the leading students major in liberal arts and the leading students major in science and engineering on temperament style. The study on cognitive approaches proves :(l)the monitor in high integrated efficiency groups mostly appear typical cognitive approaches.(2)there are distinct differences in field independence between the leading students major in liberal arts and the leading students major in science and engineering.The study on the ability to reply the incidents occurring suddenly shows :(1)the member in high integrated efficiency groups have stronger ability to answer questions on human relationship, pressure on study and entering higher school, being published, losing relations and friends, etc.(2) there are distinct differences in the ability to answer questions on human relationship between the monitor in high integrated efficiency groups and the monitor in low integrated efficiency groups.In sum, this research indicates that the personality characteristics and the temperament-style coordinate play the most significant role in influencing the integrated efficiency of the student leading groups. Meanwhile, cognitive approaches and the ability to reply the incidents occurring suddenly make some influence in fully display the group's overall effectiveness.In one word, this research should be meaningful and helpful to organizing high integrated efficiency vocational students leading groups.
