| In the recent20years, the continuous decline of Chineseadolescent physical health level has aroused widely concern in the whole society. Itis a great move within the decade to formulate and implement "standard" that candeepen the curriculum reform and improve the teaching quality. Although there arestill some problems that need to solved, such as whether the practical teachingconforms to the requirement of "Standard", or are there any gaps between the twofactors, it can hardly draw consistent conclusion from the existing research.That isthe background of the paper and also the reason for the deep research.The paper uses the method of literature, questionnaire, logic analysis,investigation, statistics, interviews, etc. The research is based on the random sampleinvestigation of52Teachers and450students and carried out in Chongqing Shizhujunior middle school. Contents include basic school sports teaching situation, theorganization management of "standard" implementation; the "standard"understanding and evaluation, the goals of "standard" implementation in four fields,then draw the conclusion as follows:(1) Shizhu County junior middle school basically carries out the "standard" insports teaching, sports class rate is good with multiple teaching form, but it is notthorough like new sport events carried out not enough, the advantage of minorityfeatured events is not obvious, and the extracurricular sports activities did not gainso much attention;(2)the teaching organizational form in physical education class isunitary with the administrative class as its major unit, students’ evaluation as itsmajor form with teachers’ evaluation as supplementation, but lack evaluation fromparents and leaders; evaluation contents have diversified characteristics, but paidinsufficient attention to the physical stamina.(3) Teachers’ quantity basically in linewith national requirements, but the structure is not very reasonable;(4) theunderstanding of teachers to the curriculum idea, nature, sports teaching guidingideology is a little fuzzy and indistinct, and differences can be shown between theunderstanding and real implementation;(5) The "standard" cannot be implementedeffectively in the middle school deeply attributes to the following factors: field andequipment shortages; courses are not taken seriously, teachers lack of professionalquality and funds shortage (6) although the implementation of "standard" has brought a certain degree of change, there still gaps to reach the national curriculumrequirements and the four field goals;(7) the overall constitution of students isunsatisfactory: low body weight, poor qualities of velocity,strength and stamina (8)sports curriculum resources are not fully used and developed, the formcomparatively single, and measures not much;(9) the training mechanism of"standard" implementation is not perfect, with its low training quality.In the end, measures are advisedly taken according to the actual situation ofShizhu County middle school as follows: In the end, measures are advisedly takenaccording to the actual situation of Shizhu County middle school as follows:(1)improve the management of school sports policy laws and regulations, theestablishment of a complete evaluation system and supervision mechanism;(2) makeclear of the duty and right in deferent departments, and improve these organization’scoaching and service capability;(3) improve the training system, innovate trainingmethod;(4) enhance public awareness, upgrade the status of physical educationcurriculum;(5) strengthen the construction of teaching staff to adapt to the"standard" development reequipments;(6) efficient development and utilizationofcurriculum resources, construction of school curricula. |
