This paper investigates the status quo of "Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard" in Xi'an Junior Middle School,and understands the status of implementation of "Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard"(2011)in Xi'an Junior Middle School,and takes advantage of the implementation of the curriculum in Xi'an Problems and difficulties,provide the basis for the education department decision-making and promote the teaching work,provide some guidance for the development of physical education,and provide some suggestions and opinions on the development of sports and health curriculum in Xi'an.This paper studies the use of literature,expert interviews,questionnaires and mathematical statistics to Xi'an junior high school students as the main survey object,through the stratified sampling method of 600 junior high school students to investigate the understanding of Xi'an junior high school Implementation of the status quo and the impact of the implementation of the new curriculum standards.The results show that:(1)In the field of sports participation,there are some differences in the meaning of arranging exercise time and reasonable arrangement of exercise time.The chi-square test showed that there were significant differences in the time of arranging reasonable exercise between the key secondary schools and the students of ordinary middle schools(p <0.05).(2)In the field of sports skills target research in the curriculum in the general secondary schools pay more attention to study and focus on the test and practice content,and the importance of regular tactical knowledge to be improved.There was no significant difference in the basic technical knowledge between the key middle school and the ordinary middle school students(p> 0.05),and the difference between the simple tactical knowledge and the competition rules was significant(p <0.05).(3)There was no significant difference in endurance,velocity and sensitivity between the students and the physical quality(p> 0.05).The chi-square test of secondary schools and key secondary schools for the diet and physical exercise on the control of weight there is a significant difference.(4)In the field of mental health and social adaptation,the results of the study show that students' methods of regulating emotions are mainly concentrated in the way of muscle activity such as exercise.There are some differences in the analysis of the situation of setting up physical education goals.There are some differences between the secondary schools and the general secondary schools.It can be seen that some students have insufficient attention to sports.The research conclusion shows that:(1)The academic level of junior middle school teachers in Xi'an can meet the teaching requirements,but the training of PE teachers in general middle schools is insufficient,and the training of "sports and health curriculum standards" needs to be strengthened.(2)Xi'an junior high school for the "sports and health curriculum standards" has been popularized,the focus of secondary schools and ordinary secondary schools can complete the "Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards" requirements of the completion of the degree of sports,but for the expansion of the project nation(P <0.05).There is a need to further strengthen the intensity and intensity of the development of the program.(3)the teaching of physical education in junior high school in Xi'an as the school athletic ability is more important,the level of athletic skills have improved significantly,but the students independently plan and independently complete the ability to exercise to be improved;part of the general secondary school sports Curriculum theory and knowledge of the degree of attention is not enough,leading to the students of the sports rules and theoretical knowledge is more lacking.(4)In the field of physical health research results show that through the chi-square test focus on secondary schools and general secondary schools for the diet and physical exercise on the control weight was significantly different(p <0.05).Students have little effect on body shape and function,and most students are well aware of the factors that affect their health,and there are still a small number of students who are blurred about the factors that affect their health.(5)In the implementation of the "Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards" in junior middle schools in Xi'an,both the key secondary schools and the ordinary secondary schools have a high degree of emphasis on the mental health of the students,and the requirements for mental health and social adaptation are better.(6)The implementation of the "Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard" in junior middle school in Xi'an has brought a certain degree of improvement to the teaching of physical education,but the key schools have achieved good results.Although the schools in general secondary schools are in theory education and a number of skills development To achieve the effect of "sports and health curriculum standards" requirements,but with the focus of secondary schools to achieve the effect of the school there is still a certain gap.
