From1988, Chinese University Basketball Association initial the CUBAcompetition. With15years’ step-by-step exploration, this competition has becomemore and more maturing. Organization operating of the tournament, participation ofall colleges and universities, successful business operations all of them have alreadyget a great progress, especially in the referee selection, which this article focuses on.This system includes training, selection, appointment, and it forms a set of trainingprocess. The article will use the multi-disciplinary analysis the system and mode ofreferees cultivation: the characteristics of the CUBA current referee training system:1. Insist the correct guiding ideology, the commercialization of the league ensure thenormal run of events and referees training system;2. Rooted in colleges and universities, follow the NCAA basketball tournamentmode has get success. It has cultivate some talented referees and atheltes3. The employing party "Trinity" training system provide more trainingopportunities, but also to become a referee selection problem;4. Summer camp partition selection system are able to take care of personneltraining of the different regions referees, both get the priority and efficiency.5. Referees training content are rational, but aspects of referees career planningand psychological qualities needs to be strengthened.At the same time, based on the Heilongjiang province basketball career developmenttraining for basketball referees, this paper use questionnaires and interviews, fromselection, training, appointment sectors, compare with CUBA. Referee training contents to ensure that existing training content add thepersonal career planning and psychological qualities training4. Led by the departments of Education and Sports department, holdmulti-organization basketball tournaments of the provincial and municipal levels, toprovide a practical platform for student-athletes and student referees;5. Reduce referee burdens, based on the theoretical study and practical learningopportunities, focus on training young referees;6. Using bringing in and going out strategy to training in the province inner referee.
