Under the circumstances of globalization, the diversity of cultural and social value systemhas brought new opportunities and challenges for the reform and the development of moraleducation in contemporary China. The values, course view, teaching view and a series problemsof school moral education practice, compels people to find new moral education on theeffectiveness of the plan and strategy of more accord with law of "moral cultivation" and richereducation. As a modern country deeply influenced by Chinese traditional Confucian moralculture, Japanese basic education "living standard" has extremely rich practice on theeffectiveness of the moral education concept, for us to optimize our country’s moral educationplan and strategy provides a possibility of the model reference thoughts and practice ofenlightenment.Japan’s moral education have their own characteristics, formed good moral educationsystem who on the one hand conform to the national situation, on the other hand line withmodern education,"Living standard" moral education thought is the one extremely rich Japanesecharacteristic.“Living standard” moral education focuses on children’s moral development,social adaptation ability and practical ability of basic education in the humanities concern in theprocess of survival provides spiritual motive for Japan’s modernization development.
