The report of the 19th National Party Congress pointed out:"We must fully implement the Party’s education policy and take high moral values establishment and people cultivation as the fundamental task of education.Moral education has become a very important work for the development of education in our country.In this context,the study of moral education seems to be extremely necessary.Japan is a typical late-development country that has a common or identical historical tradition and cultural background with China.It has many similarities with China in economic growth and social development.It faces many similar problems and many similar solutions.The moral education in Japan has been perfected with the development of Japanese society,especially in the form of a variety of national characteristics and a more scientific and perfect practice system of moral education.In the "Contemporary Japanese:Tradition and change",Reischauer pointed out that "the reason for the success of modern Japan lies in the education system in Japan","among which primary and middle school education is high in morality and efficiency."Therefore,the research on the practice of moral education for young people in Japan has important implications significance to the development of moral education in China.Through the deconstruction and analysis of the practice system of moral education in Japan,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the practice of moral education in China.The article is divided into four parts,the first chapter is the Japanese moral education content into teaching practice,practice and practice ceremony three parts as three sections,each section according to the connotation of status,history and current situation of development,support the development of the order of the factors detailed,detailed introduces the contents of moral education practice in Japan.The second chapter is the analysis of its characteristics,respectively from the overall and three parts,summed up the characteristics of the practice of moral education in Japan.First,on the whole,the practice of Japanese moral education presents the characteristics of "teaching,activities and ritual complement each other","school,family and society work together".From the part of the view,teaching practice reflects the subject and multiple subjects,the teaching content of the progressive and comprehensive and scientific teaching methods of the three characteristics;practice shows that the characteristics of diversity and development activities of the school and society,interaction,tradition and modern citizen activities coexist;the characteristics of the ceremony it is a single reinforcement,ritual ceremony,ritual symbolism ingrained sense of education.The third chapter is the utility evaluation of the practice of moral education in Japan.First of all,the two dimensions of the practice of moral education are described in detail,namely "social dimension" and "individual dimension".From these two dimensions,we use historical facts and authoritative survey conclusions to demonstrate and analyze the conclusions,and get their positive utility evaluation and reverse utility evaluation respectively.The fourth chapter is the experience of Japanese moral education practice to our country.From the practice of Moral Education--moral education effectively correct goal;moral education practice environment,school,society and family of three linkage;moral education practice process,balanced and rich teaching,activities and ceremonies;moral education practice effective protection--the practical moral education evaluation standard of the four point of view,combined with China’s actual situation,elaborated the moral education practice of the Japanese experience,provide inspiration for China’s practice of moral education. |
