| The rapid development of vocational education in China has broad prospects,but there are also many problems,among which the quality of vocational education development is particularly prominent.The key to solve this problem is to improve the teaching quality of vocational education schools,and the improvement of teaching quality cannot be separated from the classroom teaching design and reform guided by educational concepts.Therefore,what kind of educational concept is used as the guidance for classroom teaching design and reform is an important starting point to solve the problem of vocational education development.However,there is an obvious lack of relevant educational concepts in the field of vocational education.However,Professor Lu Chuanhan from Guizhou Normal University put forward the educational concepts of "Teaching thinking,teaching experience and teaching expression"(referred to as "three teachings"),which proved to be effective after years of teaching practice in the local area.Although it was first applied to the single subject,it was found in the research that its concept has a strong universality,with the characteristics of high abstraction and simplicity,and also has a strong guiding role in the teaching of other subject areas.Therefore,this study firstly collected and sorted out relevant literature,combined with the characteristics of classroom teaching in secondary vocational schools and the concept of "three teachings",and guided the classroom teaching design of secondary vocational courses with this concept(taking the specific course of "Financial regulations and Accounting Professional Ethics" in secondary vocational schools as an example).At the same time in this paper,the related theoretical basis and put forward "three religions" concept embodies the financial regulations and the accounting professional ethics teaching design principles,and four aspects of teaching design,teaching objectives,teaching methods,teaching process and teaching evaluation)in detail,on this basis,the teaching design was applied to teaching practice,related lesson example for study,Through teacher interview and student questionnaire survey,the teaching effect is empirically studied,and the application effect of "three teaching" concept in Financial regulations and Accounting Professional Ethics is tested.This study mainly draws the following conclusions: 1.The concept of "three religions" is not systematic,but widely recognized.2.The classroom teaching effect under the guidance of the "Three Teaching" concept has been significantly improved.3.The "concept" of the three teaching is conducive to improving students’ learning enthusiasm and cultivating their core accomplishment.4."Teaching thinking,teaching experience and teaching expression" has significant correlation with the improvement of students’ core literacy and the improvement of teaching effect. |
