Inquiry education is a imPortant Part of basal education innovation.With thedeveloPment of modern education,there are various study ways to choose.Theteaching model’s continuous renovating is the result of PeoPle’s change of studyingways,and the efficiency of studying is imProved,too.As a significant Part of collegeeducation,the college Physical education is the ribbon that links school andsociety,and bear the duty to teach the art of Physician,model healthy body,foster alife-long mind of Physician.The teaching quality has the most imPortant Position totrain qualified Personnel,of which the teaching mode is the key factor.It’s helPful touse correct teaching mode to imProve the student’s learning effect,and then imProvethe teaching quality.Traditional Physician education use the way oflecturing,in whichthe teacher stands on a leading role,but the student on a Passive Position that learnPassively.It’s effective using traditional teaching way for ordinary technical education,but not so effective in comPlicated technical education.The sPorts oPtion class is themain teaching method in common colleges,it’s an imPortant Part of college Phsycianreformation as well.Badminton is one of the sPorts oPtion classes, it’s Profound andcomPlex,and it’s hard to reach the hoPe teaching target by using the way oflecturing,so some reformation is necessary.This research use the document research,exPerimental teaching method,questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method,and randomly extracttwo classes of freshmen at Oxbridge College of Kunming University of Science andTechnology,each class32tudents,then dive them into exPerimental grouP andcontrole grouP to exPlore the teaching method of badminton Playing skill.TheexPerimental method is taking different teaching mode to the exPerimental grouP andcontrole grouP with the same class order.The student from the two class ishomogeneous with comParable at Physical quality,attitude to learning,Learningfoundation,teacher,learning time,learning environment.To comPare the test result ofthe two grouPs after a whole semester. The exPerimental results show that:(1)by the way which colleges and universitieschoosing,the way of inquiry education is helpful to imProve the student’s skills onPlaying badmintonand strengthen the Innovation consciousness and ability.(2)It canimProve the interest of learning Physician,change their studying attitude.(3)it canstrengthen the sence of cooPeration.(4)it can enhance the student’s confidence onstudying by using the way of inquiry education.(5)it’s also good to Strengthen therelationshiP between teachers and students.(6)by using the inquiry education way,wecan form a good studying atmosPhere as well as insPiring the student’s thirst forknowledge.(7) The use of inquiry teaching mode compared with the traditionalteaching mode in college badminton teaching, inquiry mode of physical fitness ofstudents is not obvious.
