The Research On The Investigations And The Countermeasures Of The Postgraduate Physical Activities In Shanghai Songjiang University Town

This paper of an integrated approach tries to make investigation and research on the present situation of physical activity of postgraduates in Shanghai Songjiang University Town. The content includes the postgraduates'basic condition, the present situation of physical activity, the attitude toward the establishment of the postgraduate physical education, sports consumption status, participation in sports competitions, and the purpose of participation in physical activities, etc. The findings are: there are many colleges and universities offer postgraduate physical education; postgraduates are good on sports attitude, but the physical activity consciousness becomes indifferent, the current situation of the sports attendance is not optimistic; the postgraduates physical constitution decline is obvious than the undergraduates; the postgraduates timetable system goes against physical health and efficient learning and working; most postgraduates want to be offered physical education, but the attitude towards physical exercises is indifferent, which causes the embarrassing situation of the supporting but not taking actions of the life-long physical education. Postgraduates like to watch and participate in physical competition, because of the limitation of conditions, they have few opportunities of it; postgraduate sports consuming attitude is good, but the actual level of consumption on physical exercises is low, etc. According to the current conditions of postgraduate physical education and sports field along with the apparatus and facility in Shanghai Songjiang University Town, this paper analyzes the characteristics and element affecting physical activities of the postgraduate education in Shanghai Songjiang University Town, elucidates the theoretical basis of the establishment of the physical education, proposes specific teaching mode of physical education, explores the countermeasures of the sports development in Shanghai Songjiang University Town and provides suggestions of national postgraduate physical education.
