April24,2011, Chinese General Secretary Hu Jintao delivered an importantspeech to celebrate the100th anniversary of the General Assembly at TsinghuaUniversity, proposed an important thought called "collaborative innovation", GeneralSecretary Hu Jintao pointed out that colleges and universities should "enhancingoriginal innovation actively, integrating the innovation capabilities of introduction".Meanwhile, we should "promoting collaborative innovation actively","withresearching institutions, enterprises should carry out in-depth cooperation andestablish the strategic alliance of collaborative innovation". This important discussionhas extremely important significance with starting from the national strategic level ofcollaborative innovation and researching new demands on our in-depth implementingstrategy for the first time.Currently, the collaborative innovation of university has become an importanttopic between government, universities, research institutes and corporate conferences.Collaborative innovation is a new progress of the national innovation system theory,based on knowledge of the core value to the government, the education sector,universities, companies and research institutes. As the main innovation of the valuecreation process, an important step should be doing by "government, industry,academia and research" to achieve economic transformation and the urbandevelopment of new Guangzhou with cultivate innovative and application-orientedtalents to colleges.In this paper, viewpoint and method all based on Marxism, except learningcollaborative innovation and research results abroad, this paper also taken with aliterature analysis, comparative analysis and empirical study method and so on,collaborative innovation would be defined newly and the nature implications ofcollaborative innovation would be thought in this paper, meanwhile it would make acomprehensive and deep research to collaborative innovation in colleges anduniversities of Guangzhou region.This article is divided into six parts:Part I: Introduction. This contains the research background, significance, thedomestic and foreign research dynamic.Part II: Collaborative Innovative Research Universities. First, the concept ofcollaborative innovation would be analysis preliminary; second, connotation of university collaborative innovation would be defined, understand its essential; third,the importance of university collaborative innovation would be introduced.Part III: Enforcement of Guangzhou collaborative innovation practices andcharacteristics. Through this part of colleges and universities in Guangzhou region,analyzing the present situation and problems of implementation of collaborativeinnovation process and the main characteristics of Guangzhou’s university toimplement collaborative innovation and type, summarized the working mode ofcollaborative innovation in Guangzhou area.Part IV: Guangzhou university collaborative innovation problems and causeanalysis. Through the status quo of the implementation of cooperative innovation incolleges and universities in Guangzhou, the existing problems of Guangzhou regionof collaborative innovation in colleges and universities would be analyzed.Part V: Guangzhou universities collaborative innovation countermeasure analysis.System on the overall goal of collaborative innovation and development in collegesand universities in Guangzhou, the development direction of collaborative innovationin colleges and universities, including Guangzhou area basic ideas andcountermeasures.Part VI: Conclusions. Synergy innovation and cooperative education are veryimportant in the educational concept and strategy of colleges, to solve the bottleneckof restricting innovative, applied talents cultivation in colleges and universities andimprove the educational level with quality of personnel training. Universities inGuangzhou area are in accordance with the requirements of the "state, a world-class"and explore the mechanism of colleges and universities with establishingcollaborative innovation model. The next phase will continue to strengthen theresearch of this aspect.
