Along with social progress and innovation ability is the fundamental task of the present stage of education, so students raise concerns about curriculum reform in the dominant position of the learning activities, independent activities that students are to develop the overall quality of students the foundation, and only students in independent study activities, students can build their own knowledge, to the comprehensive ability of students to train and improve. Independent learning activities is to implement effectively the quality of education, the best way to foster innovation, so paper studies in high school physics teaching students how to carry out independent activities, this paper is divided into five parts on this subject the author described the research process and research results:PartⅠ: A study of the background, issues, methods, significance and status.PartⅡ: Teaching the basic theory of spontaneous activity to do a simple analysis. This part of activities to collect and organize the development of teaching thinking, and its related theoretical basis for the concept of teaching self-activity, were defined.PartⅢ: Status of high school students learning and physical survey of teaching and research, and to do the analysis, presented at the same time thinking.PartⅣ: High School Physics Teaching Practice of spontaneous activity.PartⅤ: Teaching high school physics practice of self-activity summary and outlook.The innovation of this study is: based on independent learning and activities of the integration of teaching theory is proposed, based on the teaching form independent activities, to advocate students in the activities of autonomic learning in knowledge, at the same time paying attention to the students learning initiative and creativity. Independent activities for teaching forms of cultivating innovation skills to find a new way. In the independent activities based on the teaching practice, this paper introduces teaching in classroom activities, extracurricular activities teaching, activities, independent activities in the course of teaching specific implementation forms. Research results possess originality, such as close to the student life, a school students develop characteristic of school-based curriculum, students learn work orders and classroom activities gets work orders, etc. Senior high school physics teaching high school students independent activities at home and abroad the practice and research of research topic is rare, it put teachers dominant and the students independent activities dialectical to see, it will activities teaching theory and autonomous learning, research, to integrate healthfully obvious effect, feasible.
