Under the present higher education system in China, the vocational and technical schools' situations are relatively weak. In recent years, although the overall development of the vocational and technical schools accelerated in a large scale, the whole society, the parents and students do not attach great importance to them. Therefore, due to the particularity of the vocational and technical school under our education system, the teachers of these schools correspondingly become a special group, for whom various problems constantly emerged and some may seriously influence the teaching process, even their normal life in body and mind. Faced up to these tough problems could not be effectively solved, this paper aims to profoundly analyze the problems of the teachers in vocational and technical schools, so that to seek the effective ways by the research and arguments.In the studies, the preface comes in the first part, which determines the significance of the topic selection, and gives a comprehensive analysis of the problems at present in the V-T schools, then introduces the research purpose, approaches, and basic contents in this thesis.The second part explains several elements:1.Definition identification:according to the literature reviews in home and aboard, to affirm the particularity of the teachers in vocational and technical schools2.Current situation analysis:to elaborate the current situation of higher vocational education through the research of the literature reviewsThe third part mainly elaborates firstly on the institutional levels, containing personnel recruitment system, the technical title evaluation, the teacher allowance system, and the equality of the teacher's assessment and secondly on the subjective level from the schools and teachers. The latter reveals the problems of teacher's occupational languor and imperfection of teacher's training mechanism, trying to provide the scientific evidence to solve the follow-ups.The forth part is the solution part. It puts forward some pointed problems of the teachers in the present V-T schools and then seeks to the proper solutions through the experience in home and aboard, on both the institutional and subjective levels.From what are mentioned above, this paper tries to find the most effective solution to help the teachers in V-T schools to get rid of the troubles and anxiety they faced, regain the confidence and passions as to be a higher vocational school teacher, and light up their career with more talents and first-class professionals cultivated for our nation and people.
