Problems And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Tourism Specialty In Secondary Vocational And Technical Education Schools

With the transformation of the social and economic development mode,although China has vigorously developed modern agricultural tourism secondary vocational and technical education in recent years,it has not yet set a specific development goal for it.Under this background,it is of great value to construct the development goal of modern vocational agricultural tourism.In order to further explore the construction goals of modern agricultural tourism majors in vocational schools,this paper uses questionnaire survey methods and other research methods to study the agricultural tourism majors in secondary vocational and technical education colleges: to discuss the current situation and construction difficulties of agricultural tourism majors in vocational schools.To find a breakthrough for the development of agricultural tourism secondary vocational and technical education in China.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of agricultural tourism and the development of human resources in China.Through the actual situation of human resources in the industry,this paper summarizes the problems existing in agricultural tourism.Second,these problems are analyzed,including insufficient investment in many aspects,lack of special schools,lack of scientific system for curriculum setting,textbooks are outdated and authoritative.Finally,according to the problems identified,this paper puts forward some countermeasures such as strengthening capital investment,strengthening the construction of practical training bases,deepening curriculum reform and teaching reform,and building a "double-teacher" teaching team combining full-time and part-time work.For the future secondary vocational and technical education institutions in the development of agricultural tourism to provide assistance.
