With teacher colleges directly under the Ministry of Education institute free education for students majoring in education in 2007, as a generous investment, teacher education has once again become the focus of the community, especially as future teachers can become the new normal students Age of innovative teachers, curriculum reform of basic education can become a practitioner, is a problem that is exigent to be solved.Therefore, identifying or evaluating the capacity and level of the normal school students not just is the way that can examine whether they are qualified teachers, but also is charged with developing future needs of the community builders and successors of the responsibility. As to be a major part of pre-vocational education to the normal school students, it plays an important role in mastering standards and improving the professional teaching skills of in-service teachers, especially sets the evaluation ideas of the new curriculum, establishes the new type evaluation system of the capacity and level of teaching and education, which is based on network teaching, and has important practical significance to promote normal students the basic viability and sustainability.In this paper, the teaching philosophy of modern educational technology is a theoretical support and the existing technology environment is a condition of analys the process of teaching practice of normal students and combining the qualitative and quantitative research methods to go into the development areas of identifying or evaluatinting the capacity and level of the normal school students, and proposed a multi-dimensional evaluation of Teachers Education for capacity development of teaching practice evaluation methods and evaluation criteria through expert assessment and student self-evaluation.Contents of this study includes the following six sections:The first chapter is the introduction, from the four questions, which describes the background of this issue, he significance and value, and simply exposition the research methods used in this study.The second chapter gives a general overview of the definition and basic theories and methods, including third-generation theories of teaching evaluation, evaluation theory of 360 degrees and theories introduction about evaluation of new curriculum ideas etc, and the brief exposition about Evaluation of education and teaching practice situation of the normal students at home and abroad.Chapterâ…¢is the study of the evaluation index system of teacher education and teaching practice students ability, which includes evaluation index system principles and design concept based on the current Teachers Education in the evaluation of theory and practice of teaching ability, builds Teachers Education Evaluation Index System of teaching practice with Expert Meeting Law and the level of analysis, and the index value is described in detail, analysis and calculations, in order to ensure the full establishment of the comprehensive index system. The particular note is one of the individual indicators, which is different from the in-service teachers to provide a reference for teaching normal students capacity-building freely.Chapter IV is the preliminary application of the evaluation, which is to establish the index system for testing the reliability and validity. Its purpose is to pass the test to ensure the scientific of the index system.Mainly using case studies, with the first session of the teaching ability of Teachers Education free competition in 2007 as an opportunity to test applications on target, interviewing and investigating the normal students who have taken part in the competition, improving teaching normal students rating scale and its proposed amendments.Chapter V is the improvement of index. With the free practice process of the 2007 session normal students as the research object, Self-analysis the capacity of teacher's education. Lastly, analyzing the teaching strengths and weaknesses of the free and practical ability of normal students, improving the evaluation system and according the actual situation on the practical ability of teachers education to make operational recommendations.Chapter VI is conclusion and outlook on the course of this study and a brief description about the use of the evaluation index system with of the problems pointed out, and prospect ion for the future.In short, Base on the theoretical study and use the combined practice of teaching Teachers Education to develop evaluation capacity. Use actual case studies to analyses and study. Hope to provide a reference value for cultivation of the free practice and teaching ability of teacher's education...
