An Synthetic Evaluation Model Of Hierarchy Fuzzy Analytical Method On Job Decision Of Graduates

This paper based on the statistic data of the related organization ,it decides the factor affecting the student's jobs decision by questionnaire survey of Shi Yan's three college's graduating student ,interview with the teacher and the expert engaging in the graduate work ,there is individual factor, economic agent, social factor, unit factor. Unifying the special detail of THE YUNYANG TEACHER COLLEGE'S graduating student ,it establishes the school university student's employment model using the Analytical Hierarchy Process. In the model solution process, used Mathematical software to carry on the programming to solve, and carry on the uniform examination to the result .Finally it determines a university student's jobs decides model with the Fuzzy synthetic evaluation.
