In recent years, as the adjustment of the structure of rural industry in china, the urbanization and the policy of family planning, in lots of rural areas, the number of students is reducing and the students distribute sparsely. Due to migrant workers work in the city, rural "left-behind children" relative increase. The phenomenon affects the countryside student's education problem. In addition, with the development of the rural society, the rural parents are also with high expectations of the mode of education. The original mode in county can not satisfy the development of education. The emergence of rural boarding primary and secondary schools is on the purpose of solving the problem, which left-behind children can not be easily taken care of and the rural population decrease.The province of shaanxi which is in the west of china, along with the national western region "two bases" crucial plan and "western rural boarding schools the implementation of construction projects", and the new curriculum reform in rural boarding all-round, primary development has achieved substantial progress. But because of the development of social economic and the natural environment and other reasons, rural boarding primary schools have many problems on teaching which need to be further research and improvement. Comprehensive understanding of education situation and problems in shaanxi rural boarding elementary school under the background of the new curriculum reform, which is necessary for government departments'decisions and carrying out the whole church spirit and "national education reform and long-term development plan outline".This article is aiming at solving the problems on shaanxi rural boarding elementary education under the new curriculum background. The problems include course setting, course implementation and influence factors of course evaluation. We select rural boarding elementary school in the city of ankang, the city of ankang baoji and the city of yanan as the case study. Through student questionnaire, teacher questionnaire, student and teacher interview we show the system of rural education teaching situation of boarding elementary school in the province of shaanxi. Through the analysis on the investigation results and combined with different geographic, economic conditions, we adjust measures to propose to improve education teaching situation of primary school students...
