As age of dialogue comes sadly, Dialogue Teaching has become a hotspot in the research of education. There are not only many scholars dive into dialogue teaching theory research actively, but also many education workers try to implement dialogue teaching. Based on the existing researches, this article further clarifies the connotation and characteristic of dialogue teaching, and tries to do the research on the level of dialogue teaching in practice using video coding method, in order to explore the problems existing in the process of dialogue teaching from theory to practice, and discuss the effective strategies to promote the implementation of dialogue teaching.This research mainly organizes on two big topics of the connotation & characteristics of dialogue teaching and the effective strategies to implement dialogue teaching. This article consists of three chapters:Part 1:The connotation and characteristic of dialogue teaching. At present, about dialogue teaching connotation there isn't a widely recognized definition; this article tries to define dialogue teaching connotation on the basis of existing research results as following:dialogue teaching is a kind of education concept in the practical form.And make a further explanation of the connotation & characteristics of dialogue teaching from the four areas as the guiding ideology,purpose,process and the advocated teacher-student relationship of dialogue teaching; Part 2:Practical research on dialogue teaching. This paper attempts to take a practical research on dialogue teaching in the analytic method of video coding. Mainly including the following two aspects:(1) Methodology studies, that is the connotation & characteristics of the analytic method using video coding in classroom, and the steps and principles of using it (2) Taking the teaching video of 5 Chinese classes in junior middle school for example, using classroom teaching video coding analysis method to study dialogue teaching. Based on the connotation and features of dialogue teaching and the steps and principle to use video coding analysis, separately from the teachers'question types and levels, students'answer or reflect, teachers'reactions to the students'idea,and authoritativeness of classroom dialogue four dimensions, compile the code and scoring table of dialogue teaching.With 4 teaching fragments respectively as example, concludes the problems existing in the process of implementing dialogue teaching.Part 3:Results of study on dialogue teaching coding analysis and the effective strategies to implement dialogue teaching. According to the coding analysis of 5 Chinese classes teaching video in junior middle school, drawing the conclusions as follows:(1) teacher is the key factor to implement teaching dialogue; (2) student's representability and communication skill is the important factor of influencing implementation of dialogue teaching;(3) To establish a democratic and harmonious teacher-student relationship is a effective strategy to promote implementation of dialogue teaching. According to the above research results, respectively from the teacher and student and the teacher-student relationship three aspects, propose effective strategies to implement teaching dialogue.
