Nowadays,Society needs various types of personnel at all fields who have the capability at autonomy,independence and creativity.Reform of new curriculum corresponds the social development,stresses the dominant position of students and emphasizes to access to sustainable development through the development of student autonomy,all of this proposed higher requirements for education management.class as the basic unit of pursue curriculum reform needs combine the concepts and requirements of the new curriculum in the management process.Who training self-management ability of students,learning ability,self-development as target,to achieve the greatest degree of independent development of students.With the further development of the new curriculum reform,the role increasingly prominent in classroom management.However, Throughout the implementation of the new curriculum reform,the reform in class management lagged far behind of which in teaching.Therefore,to probing the self-management classes which under the curriculum reform is both urgent and practical issue.Form the present situation of domestic research.Researchers just study of the new course form or simply start at classroom management,the combination of the two not much.Through comprehensive analysis,articles written by experts always relate of Comprehensive theory,all of them not good at targeted and operational,the educators working in the field writes the articles relate of experience working class management or experience,less of systematic and theoretical.I work in secondary education teaching about fifteen years,including twelve years of teacher experience,conjunction with the actual work,Combine of curriculum reform and classroom management.Start from classroom management to find a breakthrough point of the new curriculum reform,wants to explore the concept of class management under the new curriculum and make the summary of the middle class self-management strategies in-depth,detailed,systematic summary.I choose the representative of three junior high schools in FeiCheng as the research object,combine with the interviews of three schools implementation the case of self-management interviews,from the point of teacher,students,schools,parents,social problems ,combination of theoretical knowledge related to the causes of the problem,combine with the actual work of classroom teachers closely,mainly from the two large points of internal and external,focus on creating a good atmosphere of self-management,strengthen the building of self-management classes,enhance the effective implementation of self-management,Reasonable evaluation of the implementation of self-management,proposed the context of feasibility of middle class self-management strategies based on new curriculum reform.Study helps to enrich the theory of self-management classes,promote the implementation of self-management classes;Contribute to the class teacher under the new philosophy of education,the more effective self-management classes,to promote the professional development of teacher,help to students to provide effective means of self-development,to promote the healthy growth of students and help school leaders,parents and other concerned people have a correct understanding of school self-management classes,create a good atmosphere for independent development of students together.
