Self-disclosure refers to the process of the individual revealing his own information (including ideas, feelings and experiences) to others. Self-disclosure of primary school teachers refers to the behavior process in the teacher-student interaction, orally or by other means, of passing on to the students real thoughts and feelings of themselves, others and outside things, talking about personal experiences, performing the related evaluation and showing emotions and feelings. As the important perspective of observation, analysis and adjustment of teachers' education acts, the important way of leading the teachers to concern about the state of their own lives and improve the mental health, and the important strategy of promoting harmonious relations with healthy development between teachers and students, the study of self-disclosure of primary school teachers has its unique theoretical and practical significance.Based on the analysis and reference of previous research at home and abroad, focusing on use of questionnaires and interviews, the primary school teachers of F District, Beijing were investigated on their self-disclosure styles, topics and motivation. Causes of current status of primary school teachers' self-disclosure within the region was preliminarily sorted, and on this basis, the suggestions of healthy self-disclosure of primary school teachers were put forward. Starting from three dimensions of perfecting professional personality, clearing self-disclosure channels and adjusting self-disclosure means to achieve natural, sincere, timely and appropriate teachers' self-disclosure, and promote enhancement of teachers' professional level, to make foundations of personalized and high quality education.
