Employment Of Migrant Workers And Social Security Number Of Studies

Since the beginning of reform and opening up, more and more farmers entered into cities,and formed a large-scale group of urban migrate workers, who made an importantcontribution to the economic development of China. Meanwhile, the lack of migrateworkers' rights and interests is increasingly serious. Therefore, people care about themmore and more than before, and the government has put the issue of migrate workers intothe important lists as well. Therefore, this dissertation begins with the farmer laborsmoving trend, characteristics and immediate causes, analyses farmer labors' requirementsfor social security system and currents difficulties, and presents the basic frame of thecurrent farmer labors' social security system. The last part finishes with the currentproblems of realizing farmer labors' social security system.This dissertation are divided into four parts, which are summed up as follows.First, it puts up summary of existing research literature of farmer labors' social security problem and the methodology correlate to this subject.The second part begins with the farmer labors moving trend, characteristics and immediate causes, analyses farmer labors' requirements for social security system and currents difficulties, drawing the conclusion that Chinese farmer labors are in the "vacuum" of the rural-urban divided dualistic society security system.The third part is the most important and creative part of the dissertation. It discusses establishing a relatively independent and beneficial rural-urban social security system for the farmer labors in suburban areas and four principles that this new social security system will need.The fifth part finishes with the current problems of realizing farmer labors' social security system. The author thinks that to joint rural and urban farmer labors' social security system, it is necessary to clean off the regulation barriers and set up reasonable operating managing mode, creating conditions and mechanism beneficial to the system jointing.
