A Research On Social Security System For Peasant Labors In The Process Of Urbanization

Urbanization is a natural and historic process which can realize the prosperity of a country through the change from country society to modern society and the assembly of the population. Urbanization also brings the shift of surplus labors from the rural area to the urban area who are called peasant labors. They provide more comfortable life for city citizens through their service as well as obtain the fortune for themselves.With the rapid progress of the urbanization, the number of the peasant labors is increasing in high-speed, which brings the social security problems. The main problems are the lack the basic social security, social benefits, and social salvation. These phenomena are not accord with the aims to establish harmonious society.The shortsighted conception, the restrain of the structure of the rural and the urban, the imperfection of the policies, laws and relative system and the weakness of the enforcement lead to the social problems of peasant labors'. Though there are some relative policies, it also needs the systematical and consummate social security for the peasant labors which is the key point in the process of the urbanization.This thesis is trying to establish a consummate social security system for peasant labors on the base of our country and investigation and is trying to give some policy suggestions to the problems of the social security of the peasant labors'. It is necessary to fasten the reforming process and law-making process as well as establish the relative system.
