There have been many great changes in philosophy during 20th century, such as "Analytical Revolution","Linguistic Turn","Life-world Turn","Hermenutic Turn" and "Postmodern Turn" as well. The characteristic of these revolutions or turns lies in that these philosophers has come up with some kinds of new philosophical ideas as opposed to traditional ones.According to what White has written in his and what Ayer has said in th Century>,the revolution of Western philosophy during 20th century began with departing from Hegel," rejecting Metaphysics "being the common trend among most philosophers in the century. However, considering the thoughts of Carl Marx,we can find that the fundamental principles of modern western philosophies can also be found in Marx's Philosophical revolution. It is with criticizing Hegel and thus rebelling the traditional philosophical ideas that Carl Marx started his journey in philosophy, which means that philosophies of 20th century have not transcended the field of vision of Carl Marx, that our times is what Marx had expressed and considered. What played crucial roles in the developing and maturing of Carl Marx's thoughts are German Speculative Philosophy represented by Hegel and Intuitive Materialism of Feuerbach. It is through criticizing and then inheriting them and other philosophical ideas that Marx called his philosophical revolution into play and achieving it by constructing the system of Materialism of History.Marx's philosophical revolution ended all kinds of Metaphysics, initiated a new philosophy as science regarding life-worlds as its subject-matter,which has deep influence and extensive significance. This thesis aims at revealing the profound significance of Carl Max's philosophical revolution by analyzing the structure of his theory.
