On The Relationship Between Terrorism And Hegemony And Coping Strategies

The terrorism and hegemonism are the two big historical persistent ailments that the human society faces. From the day ofproducing, they were endangering the international community , and for this the international community made arduous efforts ,but it is not obvious to produce effects. Entering 21st century, terroristic danger rises, hegemonism and power politics have newbehavior. " 911 " incident erupt, make terrorism such non-traditional safety factor prominent on one hand, U.S.A. strengthenshegemonism under the title of anti-terrorism on the other hand. This can't help making people thinking: What relation is it onearth between the terrorism and hegemonism? How could object to the terrorism and hegemonism effectively?This text has consulted a large number of domestic and international research theory and achievement about terrorism andhegemonism just during the process of pondering over above mentioned problems, combine some views of mine on theterrorism and hegemonism , has carried on the preliminary discussion to the terrorism and hegemonism.Particularly, this text is divided into three parts besides preface :The first part is the concept that is defined, it is mainly a definition of probing into the terrorism and hegemonism, to offerthe foundation analysed for the following relation analysing and countermeasure.The second part is the relation analysing , and analyse their relation from the development , behavior and origin of theterrorism and hegemonism mainly. draw the conclusion: There is a kind of historical relation of accompanying and entangling,relation of embodying and integrating and malignant interdynamic relation of stimulating and inducing between the terrorismand hegemonism.The third part is the countermeasure, mainly aim at the relation of terrorism and hegemonism, put forward five measures:First , link up the anti-terrorism anti-hegemony struggle closely. Second, abandon the wrong-doings that terrorism fight againstand hegemonism fight against terrorism. Third , guard the mutual collusions of the terrorism and hegemonism. Fourth, trace toits source and carry on the anti-terrorism and anti-hegemonism through the global administration method and comprehensiveadministration method. Fifth, strengthen international cooperation and utilize the multilateral mechanism and collective actionway to object to the terrorism and hegemonism.
