Hegemonism Is A Major Source Of Lead To International Terrorism

The cruelty and reeking of blood of the international terrorism shocks the world again and again which makes terrorism one of the main barriers to world peace and development in the 21^st century. Every country in the world takes measures to strengthen the national security, considers countermeasures against international terrorism actively and makes great efforts to seek for international anti-terrorism cooperation and strike international terrorism together.There are various forms of international terrorism caused by diversified reasons, but in the final analysis, it is the result of the intensification of contradictions of international politics, economics and culture. It is not difficult for us to discover that hegemonism is the essential problem which runs through the whole process when discussing the contradiction in international politics, economics and culture in modern times. Therefore, hegemonism becomes an important factor when international terrorism is investigated. The author follows two clues in light of the stand, opinion and methodology of Marxism. Firstly, the behavior of hegemonism in the relations between hegemonism and international terrorism at several historical stages, ever since the colonialist expansion of big powers in western Europe in the 18^th century including the two World Wars, Soviet -American hegemony with USA becoming the most powerful nation after the breakup of the Soviet Union, the "9.11" incident. Secondly, manycontradictions inspired by the rampancy of international terrorism. The two clues reveal not only the contradictions in politics and economics but also the conflicts in culture, leading to the severe consequences in the 3rd word countries, such as poverty in economical life, instability in politics, constrained traditional culture and baffled psychology of the whole nation, and this constitutes the essential root of the appearance and developments of international terrorism, what's more, it is pointed out clearly that the policy " to counter terrorism with hegemonism" can only forbear international terrorism in some degree, but may even causes new contradictions and conflicts and accelerates the occurrence of new international terrorism. To strike international terrorism effectively, we need to build up international anti-terrorism cooperation based on democratization of international relations. It is essential to build up a new and just international order of politics and economy in order to erase international terrorism completely.
