The thesis focuses on the research to the method of managing decision-making knowledge in large multi-user DSS and it's implementation technology. The article emphatically discusses the rationality and feasibility of managing decision-making knowledge in Internet/Intranet using the ontology and multi-agent technology. The article presents a kind of method of managing decision-making knowledge based on the ontology and multiple intelligent agents technology. The author has also developed two related editing ontology tools.First the article analyses the large multi-user DSS in knowledge level, presents a method of managing decision-making knowledge that integrates multi-agent technology and semantic Web technology, and discusses the rationality of this method, further more, explores a new type of multi-user DSS conception model which based on this method.Then the article presents the ontology's basic conception, ontology-based knowledge express method, main methods on building ontology, emphatically investigates the knowledge shareable structure based on ontology, the method of building knowledge base based on ontology, and ontology's application in Web information integration. The author introduces two tools of editing ontology developed by himself.The article introduces the characteristic of RDF, the usage of RDF in Web and the syntax structure of RDF. Based on this research, the article presents a method of organizing decision-making knowledge based on ontology and RDF.In the end, the article gives a decision support instance in managing Lab's knowledge, explains how to express and organize decision-making knowledge and how to realize decision support based on intelligent agent.
