With the development of science and technology,the deep integration of big data,artificial intelligence and Internet with different fields has become the trend of the times.How to obtain useful information from a large amount of data is the most important part of big data's analysis.Knowledge graph technology provides a way to extract structured knowledge from a large number of texts and images and has a very broad application prospect.Based on the demand of procuratorial organs for intelligent handling of cases,this paper designs and constructs the knowledge graph of legal documents of theft cases based on ontology and studies the application of knowledge graph in the auxiliary system of intelligent prosecution case handling.In this paper,according to the actual requirement of intelligent prosecution case assistant system,the planning and design of the knowledge graph of legal documents oriented to theft cases is carried out,and its application in auxiliary case handling is carried out,such as case-like push,intelligent evidence examination and so on,in which the knowledge graph of legal documents oriented to theft cases is planned and designed.Firstly,this paper introduces the origin of the procuratorial online case handling system,that is,the unified application system of the national procuratorial business,the development of the auxiliary system of intelligent prosecutorial case handling and the related research contents of this paper.Secondly,on the basis of building the ontology model of the legal documents of theft cases,this paper studies the construction technology of the knowledge graph of the legal documents of theft cases based on ontology;then on the basis of the knowledge graph constructed in this paper In this paper,the application of intelligent reasoning is studied in this paper.Through the construction of self-defined inference rules,the functions of assistant case-handling such as the push of similar sentencing and the review of intelligent evidence are realized.Finally,the application of the knowledge map in the system of intelligent inspection and handling of the case-handling system is studied.This paper discusses and implements a semantic retrieval test system.Based on the results obtained by the research,the application of the knowledge map in the system of intelligence examination and handling is integrated into the semantic retrieval test system,and the relevant application of the knowledge map in the service of the procuratorial organ is explored.The ontology-based knowledge graph of legal documents of theft cases can be updated and maintained in real time.The knowledge graph can conceptualize,share and perpetuate the relevant knowledge of procuratorial organs,and can also make rational use of many useful experience and knowledge.Excavate,for the prosecutor to make reference,auxiliary decision-making.It is of great significance to the business management and auxiliary decision-making of procuratorial organs.
