Qingqi Group Staff Training Research

With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, talents become important resources of enterprises, and talent' s cultivation can not do without education. It is, therefore, of great significance to study vocational training for workers and staff under new situations. Affected by policy and market at present, Qingqi Group has fallen into a low ebb in her development. Problems also exist in the training system. So it is imperative and necessary that investigation of training be conducted and implemented.Because of the strong operative nature of vocational training, the methods of investigation, contrast, theoretical direction and evaluation of the findings must be adopted in training research and system design. After comparing and contrasting the vocational training programs both abroad and at home, some problems have been discovered in the training programs in Qingqi Group. In the part of training system design, this thesis lays down the guidelines, analyses trainees, training models and methods, and introduces the application of modern techniques in the training programs. The thesis focuses on the designing of training contents against the problems arising in the present training projects and makes practicable and reasonable suggestions for improvements.In the part of implementation, through the study of the questionnaire on training requirements, the thesis puts forward a scientific training plan, reconstructs a training security system that will guarantee the training programs and perfect the evaluation systems for the completeness and continuity of the training projects.The final part of the thesis analyses the necessity and feasibility of investigation into the vocational training for the workers and staff. Swift changes in knowledge and increasing demand of talents have brought challenges and chances to enterprises. Under new circumstances, the Company has started its adjustment in industry structures, carried out its talent strategy and attached great importance to workers' training. In view of the above-mentioned favorable conditions, the investigation and implementation of workers' training is practicable and feasible.
