The Research Of Employee Training And Development In TD Company

According to the employee' s training and development theory, by investigating and analyzing the present conditions of the employee' s training and development in private enterprise and the research of the employee' s training and development in TD Company, this thesis try to help Chinese Private Medium and Small Enterprise (MSE) with introducing and operating effectively the employee training and development.The thesis is divided into six parts: First, a question is proposed to state the research methods and destination of this thesis. Second, analyze the current situation of Chinese Private Medium and Small Enterprise' s human resources. Third, the significant meaning of employee training and development is elaborated by quoting fundamental theories of related employee training and development. The fourth part introduces briefly the background information of TD Company and analyzes the current situation of its human resource and employee training and development. The fifth and sixth part are the focal parts of this paper. In the fifth part, considering the disadvantage of employee training and development in TD Company, improvement of training plan making, training of fresh employees and contracted employees is suggested and operating analysis is given. The sixth part deals with operating of the career profile of TD employees, which includes analysis four steps: the phase of invite applications and selection of the talented; the phase of adjustment for new career; the phase of exploring and maturing career development of employees; the analysis of the direction of employee career development and the ideas about the introduction of employee career plan in TD Company.
