It is a difficult thing for both enterprises and scholars to solve the problem of entrepreneurs' stimulation. This paper carried through a deep study on entrepreneurs' stimulation and compensation mechanism by adopting the method of historical, positive and comparative analysis. The general theory research laid down the foundation for studying entrepreneurs' stimulation and compensation mechanism in China. Based on the retrospection of the history of Chinese entrepreneurs' compensation mechanism and the analysis of the present status and existing problems in public companies , an effective and feasible compensation plan for entrepreneurs in public companies was put forward. Finally, from a broad viewpoint of Chinese economy, possible amelioration of entrepreneurs' compensation mechanism in public companies were presented. |
