Aiming at the problem of low efficiency in Xinjiang government administration, which lay behind stimulation mechanism and insufficiency in administrator's enthusiasm and creativity, we commence to research into the theory of stimulation mechanism, by means of analysis,visiting ,reading papers and comparison between our country′s and Xinjiang′s situation in administrator stimulation mechanisms. This study points out the necessity of building up the administrator stimulation mechanism in Xinjiang .In view of the existing problems and situations in Xinjiang's administrator stimulation mechanism, stressing the means of building it up with the understanding of administrator's psychology demanding building up internal stimulation, external stimulation, material stimulation. By applying different motivations properly, government can motivate their employees and enhance their enthusiasm and creativity, enable them to try their best to fulfill their tasks. In order to improve the government's achievement and realize its employees'self-esteem and attain government's goal.
