A Study On The Operation Of Social Investigation System Of Juvenile Criminal Cases

The social survey system of juvenile criminal cases, refers to a legal system that in the process of handling the juvenile criminal cases, authorities make detailed investigation on juvenile suspects or defendants’ character traits, family situation, social interaction, upbringing, school performance, and the implementation of performance before and after the alleged crime and other circumstances. So it is a special legal system in the juvenile criminal judiciary.The main purpose of this paper is to research the status of using the social survey system of juvenile criminal cases in the judicial practice in H. First,add up the data and identify the existing problems by researching the status of implementation of the social survey system of juvenile criminal cases in practice. Then combining theoretical knowledge and aiming at the problems in the judicial practice, propose a solution to improve the social survey system of juvenile criminal cases.The full report of the research is divided into five parts, the main contents are as follows:The first part is the introduction. This section introduces the basic situation of the research sites, the reasons of selecting this site, the significance of the research, and make a brief introduction on the methods and process of the research.The second part is the basic summary of the social survey system of juvenile criminal cases. This section describes the definition,the main content, the theoretical basis and the legislative process of the social survey system of juvenile criminal cases.The third part is the analysis of the specific research issues. First, make statistical analysis on the number of cases in H applicable social survey of juvenile criminal cases,the time and the body to start the social investigation system, and the implementation of the social investigation system.
