China's Rural Social Assistance Non-governmental Organizations Involved In The Path Of Research

Social assistance as a form of social security system and an important part of the foundation is to uphold the right to life and other rights and interests of citizens, protect social stability and development, building a harmonious society, a basic system. The most fundamental purpose of social assistance is helping the poor, protect the social needs of disadvantaged groups of the minimum living. Rural social assistance social assistance system as an important part of its huge number of poor people and the complexity of the living environment, making the implementation of rural social assistance has been important and difficult. The Government's first responsibility as the main social assistance, social assistance system is at the core position, however, With the aid environment of increasing complexity, diversity, the main government aid for a single form of the traditional aid has gradually into the bottleneck. Meanwhile, with the accumulation of non-governmental forces in our society and growth, growing awareness of citizens, non-governmental organizations and other social charity organizations in the field of social security especially in rural poverty relief for our unique role in injecting new social assistance power.This paper reviews the development of rural social assistance process, refining stage of the rural social assistance appears the achievements and problems, through the analysis of non-governmental organizations in China's rural social relief in the show's unique advantages, summed up the non-governmental organizations charity groups have become the responsibility of the Government as the principal.outside the field of social security a necessary complement to power. Furthermore, the theoretical and practical reasons to support analysis and demonstration of non-governmental organizations involved in the feasibility of social assistance in rural areas, and proposed the participation of NGOs in rural general conditions required for social assistance. Finally, based on the author from participation in the above premise, in the process, put forward in safeguarding the three non-governmental organizations in the rural social assistance to participate effectively in the path.
