Analysis Of The Mechanism Of Rural Social Organizations' Participation In Rural Governance

With the rapid development of urbanization and the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,the original governance model of traditional rural communities has been broken,which is shown to be gradually transformed from holistic management to diversified development,and social organizations,including full-time social workers,are becoming the important subjects of contemporary rural governance.How to give full play to the professional advantages of rural social organizations,how to strengthen the degree of localization of social organizations,how to promote the sustainable participation of rural social organizations in rural governance,has become the focus and difficulty of the development of rural social work.The development of rural social organizations in Tangji Town,Hangzhou,and the frontier experience of participating in rural governance provide a good sample of typical analysis for rural social organizations to participate in the study of rural governance.Focusing on the above-mentioned problems,this paper takes the theory of the advantages of social work and the theory of empowerment as the guide,takes the rural social organizations' participation in the rural grass-roots social governance logic as the research theme,and through the research methods of literature research,interview and observation,the development status of the rural social organizations in Tangqi Town,the specific behavior of participating in rural governance,The advantages and dilemmas of participating in governance,and provides suggestions for the sustainable development of the future.The research of this paper has the following four points found: First,the development of rural social organizations is unique,mainly rely on external government resources and rural endogenous forces to support,the organization's service types are more comprehensive integration and diversification,the content of activities pay more attention to the combination of rural local culture and concept output,in order to meet the diverse needs of villagers to provide an important guarantee.Second,the specific acts of rural social organizations participating in ruralgovernance mainly involve cultural empowerment,public service empowerment,rural construction,villagers' rights and capacity.Third,in the actual results of participation,rural social organizations can have a positive impact on the government and macro-policy,village committees and other administrative departments,villagers three-way subject.Fourth,the development of social organizations has encountered the difficulties of inadequate system guarantee,lack of self-management ability,resource dependence,lack of innovation and development drive,lack of professional personnel and so on.To this end,this paper puts forward the corresponding sustainable development proposals,including the use of cultural governance means,the use of native order,the organization of multi-participation,the promotion of collaborative governance,the enrichment of talent construction,and so on,and the future development of rural social organizations in Tangji Town put forward a prospect.
