| With the continuous innovation and improvement of social system environment,social organizations have become an indispensable part of rural governance,with multiple identities and functions.They are not only a platform for farmers to realize self-governance,but also can undertake rural construction,mediate conflicts and disputes,and become an important subject of rural public affairs consultation and decision-making.At present,China’s rural society is in a period of rapid development and transition,and huge social changes have profoundly affected the social structure of the countryside.From this context,social capital,with reciprocal norms,participation networks and social trust as core elements,is intrinsically consistent with the motivation behavior of social organizations to participate in rural governance,and is an important factor to promote the participation of social organizations to achieve effective rural governance.In-depth analysis of the specific practices of social organizations’ participation in rural governance and the distillation and summary of the practical logic behind them aim to provide a reliable empirical path for innovating rural governance models,optimizing rural governance patterns,and promoting the effective participation of social organizations.In this paper,based on the existing research results in the social capital perspective,we use the case study method as the main research method and the data collection method of in-depth interview to explore the specific practice logic of social organizations’ participation in rural governance,taking village Y of Enshi City as the research object.The first chapter of this paper explains the research significance and main research methods of this paper,elaborates on the current research status of this field at home and abroad respectively,defines the main concepts of social organizations and rural governance,and constructs the analytical framework of social capital theory.Chapter 2 describes the basic situation of the case village and the current governance dilemma with the collected information,and introduces the specific situation of social organizations in village Y.Based on the interviews and research information,Chapter 3 explores the participation of social organizations in village governance from the perspective of norms,networks and trust of social capital,and summarizes the behavioral strategies of social organizations to reshape the rules and constraints of the vernacular order by establishing norms,reconstructing the pluralistic social relationships in the village by strengthening networks,and cultivating an atmosphere of cooperation and mutual trust in the village by winning trust,and then analyzes and concludes that The logic of exogenous social organizations’ participatory development and endogenous social organizations’ normative development is analyzed.Chapter 4 reflects on the problems of social organization participation in rural governance in terms of resources,capacity and supervision,and analyzes the reasons behind.Chapter 5 takes the problems as the background and proposes targeted optimization paths for expanding organizational resource networks,cultivating autonomous organizational capacity and continuously improving organizational supervision,so as to promote the effective participation of social organizations in rural governance and realize rural good governance. |
