Hutian Quan Sheng Playing Style Research

Hu Tianquan ,the first person who establish the status of Sheng solo ,is China's renowned Sheng concert performer in modern time and has made remarkable achievements in the performance of Sheng .The research and discussion of his Sheng performance style have positive significance to the adoption and development of Chinese traditional music and the enrichment of Chinese Sheng art history.From the aspect of style origin,style characteristic as well as their contribution on the development of Sheng,this paper mainly deals analyzes Hu Tianquan characteristics perfomance style of Sheng. By using comparison and example ,this paper manily deals with Hu Tianquan's performance style of Sheng from three angles,namely,music characteristic ,technical characteristic and stage performance.
