Modern Illustrations Art Applied Research

With the continuous development of social economy and the coming of information age, the emergence of new painting materials and tools make the modern illustrations have a better growth in contents and in forms, make the application field wider and wider, and play a significant role in pushing the economy and culture. The application field of modern illustration goes beyond what the concept of the traditional illustration required. The contents are no longer restricted to any types and applied to all kinds of communities of culture and arts. Illustrations, the carrier to spread the information, play an important role in communicating with appreciators. A good illustration is beyond description; the message in an accurate illustration can well demonstrate the essence of appealing object. In view of the human background of contemporary society and the importance of the illustration arts used in modern media, how to deal with the application of illustration in carriers is becoming the key subject we have to solve.The paper focusing on studying the application of illustration used in modern media gives an account of the similarities and differences among illustrations, books, paintings, and designing, and do some research to the application of illustration used in modern arts. Not only does this paper discuss how to apply many kinds of designing methods to make illustrations reflect the value of culture and arts as much as possible, but also emphasis the importance of using traditional elements to reflect the national culture in creation of illustration arts.Through investigating the effects of illustration application, the paper advocates that while applying illustrations in modern media, the skills for illustration performance should be adjusted according to different features of media, creating rules should be obeyed, and meanwhile, culture context which is useful to designing the modern illustration arts could be found in researching so as to enrich the designing language, and promote cultural taste of modern illustration arts. The value and significance of writing this paper lies in studying the illustration application in designing system, which has the positive academic significance by complements of effective evidence.
