China's Constitution and the "National Common Language Law," the provisions of Putonghua and standard Chinese characters is the country's common language, a nationwide movement, including the autonomous areas and areas inhabited by minorities. In recent years, the study of minorities speak Mandarin has become increasingly diverse.
