In the early years after the founding of the People's Republic of China,education in our country survived the gap between the wars,causing primary and secondary school teachers to present problems of small numbers and low quality.In view of this situation,from 1949 to 1956,in the eight years after the founding of the People's Republic of China,Changzhi City expanded measures such as expanding the scope of teachers sources,strengthening teachers' on-the-job training,continuously improving the treatment of teachers,paying attention to the teachers and teachers,and strengthening teacher management.The teacher team has achieved certain achievements.The number of teachers has continued to increase and the quality of teachers has gradually improved.However,there are also problems in the process of the construction of the teacher team.There is a lack of humanistic care for the teachers and the continuous change of the school system is not conducive to the establishment of teachers' business.Studying the development process of primary and secondary school teachers in Changzhi City during the early eight years of the founding of the People's Republic of China and summarizing their experiences and lessons not only helps enrich the history of education in the Republic,but also has an inspirational role in comprehensively deepening the construction of a new era of teachers.The paper consists of five parts:The introduction part introduces the value and significance of the research in this paper,and summarizes and explains the related research status and related issues of the article.The first part elaborates the status of education and the status of teachers in China at the time of the founding of the People's Republic of China.In response to this situation,the goals and tasks of the development of the teaching team formulated by the country at the beginning of the country were established.It also combed the development of the 1949-1956 primary and secondary schools in Changzhi City.The second part clarifies the construction of the Changzhi City teachers' team from 1949 to 1956,including the sources of teachers,on-the-job training for teachers,teachers' economic welfare benefits,and teacher's professional ethics.The sources of teachers in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic were extensive,and the graduates from the normal universities in the country were the main sources of teachers.The addition of college graduates and old intellectuals as teachers' sources played a significant role in the enrichment of the teachers.The teachers' on-the-job training methods are flexible and varied.Both the content and the political and political studies are both effective,making teacher training a good result.With the recovery and development of the national economy,teachers' salaries and welfare benefits have been correspondingly improved and improved.At the same time,the teacher's morality and morality has aroused people's concern.After the teachers and students symposium and model teachers were established,teachers initially established a situation in which teachers love and respect work,teachers and students are equal,and teachers and students are loved.The third part analyzes the management construction of the primary and middle school teachers in Changzhi City from 1949 to 1956.At the beginning of the founding of the People's Republic of China,the teachers' management of primary and secondary schools was strengthened by adopting ideological reforms,clarifying responsibilities,strengthening assessments,improving the school system,and rewarding and punishing the teachers.The fourth part summarizes the problems of the continuous increase of the number of teachers,the improvement of the overall quality,the unequal distribution of teachers,the unbalanced ratio of teachers and teachers,and the imperfect teacher management system in the construction of the primary and middle school teachers in Changzhi City.The conclusion part summarizes the overall development history of primary and secondary school teachers in Changzhi City from 1949 to 1956,summarizes lessons learned,and considers the reform of the teaching team in the new era.
