Legalism Han Fei is a master of the late Warring States Period were. His masterpiece,"Han Fei Zi", which is full of ideological,literary and historical value, plays an important role in the Chinese traditional culture. After nearly two thousand years devious copy on this book, there are many mistakes in this book.However, lots of scholars have made more fruitful results. Especially in Qing Dynasty, the collation, interpretation and other training of "Han Fei Zi" have made further development. On this basis, the Han Fei and the "Han Fei" research works have been mushrooming out. Many of them, such as Chen Qi Tian "Han Fei zi school address," Chen Qi you "Han Fei subset of the interpretation," With lots of other Contributions, the research on" Han Fei Zi "can be described as in-depth knowledge. Nevertheless, in the modern study and annotation of the "Han Fei Zi", there are still many problems in the words school release, errata, etc. We try to collate this book on the basis of previous studies, in order to benefit the "Han Fei" and provide some useful things for the study of early ancient Chinese study.This paper is mainly involved there problems:the first one is correcting wrong compilations,we apply Dui Jiao(对校),Ben Jiao(本校),Ta Jiao(他校)and Li Jiao (理校)approaches to correct redundant words, wrong words, wrong compilations and mistaken corrections; the second one is re-explaining, based on " Han Fei new school note", compared with Wang Xian shen, "Han Fei Zi Ji Jie", Zhang Jue, "Han Fei Annotation", Nanjing University School Notes group "Han Fei zi Annotation" and "Han Fei minded solution","Han Fei election Note". We try to correct some wrong explanations of words and expressions; the third one is discussing punctuation, we try to amend the punctuation differences and wrong places found in the process of reading those books above.
