Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in western China's Yellow River region, Where's East border Shaanxi Province, Weste and northe border Mongolia Autonomous Region, and south Connected to the Gansu Province. The administrative area of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region was a part of Guanneidao in Tang Dynasty, which were mainly Lingzhou and Yuanzhou, the seats of local government were located in Wuzhong City and Guyuan City. This object of study is the Han Dynasty tombs, and according to existing standards, this article is mainly determined by the results of human bone as a judge of national property of the owner of the tomb, also refer to the epitaph records to determine the national property of the owner of the tomb. This article is based on the results by human bone identification and no clear written records show the Sogdian tombs of the Tang Dynasty. Academia has been solved the issues about Sogdian tombs, but there are few studies for the Han Dynasty tombs in Ningxia region,so The essay is mainly applied the methods of typology and stratigraphy to study Ninxia Han tombs, and divided them into four periods according to the characteristics of tomb structures and objects bury with.
