The verb reduplication is quite common in Chinese, besides, it is a difficult problem in TCSL. With the flourishingly development of TCSL in the world, different kinds of textbooks appeared frequently. Every textbook has their own guideline and principle, and it affected all aspects of the language point of scheduling. While it influenced the learners. This article select the verb reduplication in CME, Development of Chinese, Chinese Course and Chinese Intensive Reading Textbooks as the object of study. The analysis is about the footnotes, examples, practice and other aspects. We investigate some problems of the verb reduplication in the textbook, using the methods of questionnaire, corpus statistics, theoretical analysis and so on.First, the article described the motivation and significance, made the Statistics on Verbs reduplication in TCSL and the learning materials, introduced the linguistics basis of TCSL, error theory and the methods of second language teaching. Then it introduced the scope and the methods of the analysis from the corpus selected.In the second chapter, the article introduced the materials selected briefly, and described the the relevant content in different ways.And in chapterâ…¢, we analysis the problems from the syntax, examples and exercises combined with specific examples of the contents of the textbooks.According to the results of the previous analysis, we gave some advises including how to schedule, how to design the verb reduplication. For example, annotation forms are comprehensive, grammar meanings need to be explained gradually, the limitations of sentence should be taught in line with the level of the students. And we need think more about the quantity of the example sentences, precise choice of vocabulary and so on. In addition, there are some thoughts and ideas related to the textbooks.We hope to provide some reference for the future preparation of the verb reduplication in the textbooks. When we design the content, we should think more about the students, follow the students'cognitive discipline. Then we can create the excellent TCSL textbook with complete knowledge structure.
