| The dictionary of Chinese as a foreign language is a tool for foreigners to learn Chinese, in recent years with the development of teaching Chinese as the second language, an increasing number of Chinese learners began to select the relevant dictionaries as an aid to learning Chinese. From the nineties of last century to now, we have published different versions of dictionaries of Chinese as a foreign language over dozens of kinds, but really gets the number of students in recognized dictionaries are not many. The reason, on the one hand because of our dictionary of Chinese as a foreign language discipline construction has just begun, it is difficult to prepare in a short time out of the mainstream like the dictionary of English as a foreign language, and has been widely recognized to language learner. On the other hand, in order to pursuit accurate and comprehensive, many dictionaries took the "Modern Chinese Dictionary" as a "blueprint" when they writing the dictionaries of Chinese as a foreign language, and overlooked the actual needs of students. This paper aims to Chinese language learners from the real needs, on the basis of the investigation that people using the dictionary of Chinese as a foreign language, according to the order of time, selected over the past decade, published six influential dictionary of Chinese as a foreign language, and in accordance with Chinese vocabulary level, selected 133 verbs as study aims from the "HSK Vocabulary Level Outline". On the basis of study interpretation function and interpretation method verbs from six dictionaries of Chinese as a foreign language, and then linked the investigation result of using about the dictionary of Chinese as a foreign language, has a simple choreography to explore of the dictionary interpretation layout, with a view to have certain guide about the dictionary improvement.The innovations in this paper has the following three aspects:the first is it combined the dictionary definition research of theoretical with the application of feedback analysis, has the theoretical research from the dictionary to the user's point of view; the second is it extended dictionary interpretation research to the classroom's vocabulary teaching study, and for the first time tried to absorb the outstanding achievements of vocabulary teaching in the classroom to prepare for the dictionary's witting; the third is it based on the investigation of student's questionnaire, for the first time carried out the questionnaire in the foreign language teachers, and strive to the result of more comprehensive and objective.The content of this paper is as follows.The first chapter introduction gives an account of the reasons of selection of this topic, topics of significance of research in the field related to the status quo, the topics of research value, innovations, and research methods to be adopted. The second chapter is a comparative study between the dictionary of Chinese as a foreign language and the "Modern Chinese Dictionary". First of all the two kinds of dictionary words and interpretation of the content were compared and a brief summary of foreign language dictionaries on the "Modern Chinese Dictionary". There are three innovation points, which is simple and clear interpretation of language; vivid and detailed interpretation of content and various types of interpretation method.The third chapter is research on the interpretation function about six dictionaries, a total of sum up the dictionary definition of the three main functions namely, to explain the meaning, to state the grammar and to clew pragmatic, combined with problems in dictionary definition of the interpretation put forward three complementary functions proposals, such as in the interpretation of the original meaning and extended meaning should explain the other; in infiltration in the interpretation of Chinese cultural and pragmatic knowledge; select the appropriate interpretation of learner learning context.The fourth chapter is inductive and research on the interpretation method of the dictionary,and study lists a total of eight kinds of interpretation methods, such as the interpretation of law with synonyms, the interpretation of literal translation; morphemic interpretation method, the definition of the Interpretation act; describing descriptions act,; complete Sentence interpretation method and contrast interpretation method, and pointed out that interpretation of the way the various strengths and weaknesses as well as in the actual preparation of the scope of application.The fifth Chapter conducted a foreign language dictionary to use research, respectively, students and foreign language teachers in the survey conducted, from the user's point of view summarized the current foreign language dictionary verbs interpretation of the pros and cons of.The sixth chapter in the above theoretical research and practice on the basis of the questionnaire in the dictionary of Chinese as a foreign language of choreography to explore, and the interpretation of the preparation of dictionaries made three recommendations, namely, a reasonable arrangement of Meaning entry, give full play to the role of dictionaries labeling the dictionary to prepare and the combination of classroom vocabulary teaching.This appendix summarizes the design of this questionnaire and the institute for the verb in the six selected dictionary in the page source, so that users access. |
