In recent decades, As an increasing number of documents unearthed, the research about philosophers of Xian Qin period exposes a good state. The most important unearthed Documents of Taoist are:silk manuscripts "Lao-tzu" A and B and "Huang-Lao silk books" unearthed in Mawangdui in December 1973; District-ding of Hebei Province "Wen-tzu" in; and the Bamboo "Lao-tzu" and" Tai Yi Sheng Shui "in Chu Tomb unearthed in Jingmen Guodian of Hubei Province in October 1993 and so on.This article studies the Mawangdui Han Dynasty's "Laozi" A and B. Silk book A about written in period of Han Gaozu emperor, silk book B about written in period no later than the Han Jing emperor. From the text side, silk book of the "Lao-tzu" with tradition "Lao-tzu" has many differences. From the ideological side, silk book have more differences with tradition book in microscopic and deep meaning place.From Chapters interpretation and textual research, This article views some opinion and investigation.
