| By using questionnaires and case study methods,used questionnaires such as Chinese Internet Addiction Scale(CIAS),Self-consistency and Congruence Scale(SCCS) and Coping Style Questionnaire,this paper selected vocational school students as subjects in Yangzhou Area,investigated the present situation of internet addiction disorder(IAD) in vocational school students,probed into the forecasting functions of some psychological variables which reflect self-adjustments,such as self-consistency and congruence and coping styles,to the vocational school students' IAD,and explored psychological intervention coping IAD by case study,in order to bring to light those influential dimensions which result in IAD and some intervention methods,and to provide with some trains of thought and feasible guiding to help to take active measures to prevent those negative influences brought by the students'over-use of internet.The results of our research are as following:1,There might be a certain percentage of IAD among vocational school students. IAD rate in vocational school students was 3.52%,and inclination of IAD rate was 14.68%,and there were significant difference in different gender,different school, different grade and different hometown among IAD group,inclination of IAD group and normal group.The students' individual online characteristics,such as online sites,online time and online activities,had a significant effect on IAD.2,The self-congruence level of the vocational school students was fine,but which had higher scores in the inconsistency of self and experience and self flexibility than college students' norm.3,Most of the vocational school students could use mature coping style,but still nearly 30%of them inclined to use immature and mixed coping styles.4,The self-congruence level of the vocational school students had significant effect on IAD.Logistic regression analysis showed that students' self-congruence level had some degree of predictive effect on IAD.5,The coping styles and IAD had significant correlation among vocational school students.Logistic regression analysis showed that coping styles such as self-accusation, help-seeking and fancying had the maximum predictive power for IAD.6,By studying the relationships of self-consistency and congruence and coping styles of students in vocational school,this paper found that coping styles as mediator variable between self-consistency and congruence and IAD,had some degree of predictive effect on IAD.7,An case with IAD from a vocational school showed,taking effective mental interventional measures actively and timely could prevent IAD among vocational school students.Finally,on the based of summarizing the conclusion of the study,the characteristics and causes of IAD for vocational school students and its prevention and intervention countermeasures,this study put forward several suggestions. |
