In the foundation of discussion of the characteristics, the nature of teaching listening and the teaching tasks in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, this paper focused on the characteristics and teaching tasks of teaching listening in the beginning-mixed class, as well as the differences between beginning-mixed class's listening teaching and other stage listening teaching. And, respectively, discussed how to teach the beginning-mixed class of listening from pronunciation teaching, vocabulary teaching, paragraph teaching, culture teaching and other aspects of teaching Chinese as a foreign language . Discovered the keys and the difficulties in the process of listening understanding process, and proposeed the corresponding teaching strategies and the teaching methods. In addition, this paper also proposed the notices and the teacher's function in listening teaching of beginning-mixed class based on the characteristics of students in the beginning-mixed class .
