The Scientific Outlook on Development takes development as its essence, putting people first as its core, comprehensive, balanced and sustainable development as its basic requirement, and overall consideration as its fundamental approach."People Oriented"belongs to a category of value. The value of"People Oriented"puts people first, conforms to the principal position of the people in the country's political life and their creativity, and require us to take some good measures to ensure that development is for the people, by the people and with the people sharing in its fruits. However, Nietzsche believed that"the will to power"have their roots in human nature which ought to be bad .The values concerning democracy, freedom, equality and virtue which put people first can never be realized. Traditional values are no longer true: they must be replaced by new ones reflecting social changes. Therefore, he ruthlessly guarded against and criticized the Christian religion and traditional values, and thought a virtue could backbite and stab itself .In the end, Nietzsche constructed the political values of"elite politics", which flew in the face of "People Oriented".This dissertation examines Nietzsche's political values based on his works and relevant research materials. In this article, I trace the values"elite politics" said by Nietzsche in his works by the historical, dialectical and critical way, and purports to widen its research perspective and develop and improve the thought of"People Oriented" of the Scientific Outlook on Development. In the first chapter, I have some interpretation concerning both different political values of"People Oriented" and"Elite politics"individually. In the second chapter, through the comparison between"people oriented" and"elite politics",I distinguished their different political values concerning democracy, freedom, equality, ethic and harmony. In third part, I pay my attention to confirm the reasonable core of Nietzsche's thought of"elite politics"and come to conclusion about what is correct attitude when we face Nietzsche's political values. Is it all wrong? It is not. If we grew with Nietzsche under the same circumstances of time and place, we would find some of his thoughts are correct, and his merits and achievements can never be negated. To negate it boldly would only lead to a blind alley。... |
