Cultural Radicalism Of Elite Politics

It is the Nietzsche’s thoughts that makes a spectacular influence to Western intelligentsia. Academic researching on the philosophy of Nietzsche more concentrated on Nietzsche’s metaphysics, the critique of Christian morality and nihilism, anti-rationalism and other areas, less involved in the political philosophy of Nietzsche. In terms of its significance and value, a small amount of research on political philosophy which have been made is not very mature and in place, pending later researchers to further explore and improve. Nietzsche didn’t refer to special political philosophy work, whose political philosophy is not the mainstream of his ideology, as well as whose thoughts are not enough systemic and significant for guiding practice. However, it is of great significance to explain the content and influence of Nietzsche’s political philosophy and revalues the relationship between Nietzsche’s values of political philosophy and his "will to power" thought, interpretate the base, content, impact and value of Nietzsche’s political philosophy, moreover reposition and interpretate the relationship between Nietzsche’s political philosophy and fascism theory, and it has huge significance to give history and Nietzsche fair statements."The will to power" is the ontology of Nietzsche’s metaphysics. It is Nietzsche’s views on treating world and life with aesthetic rather than ethical and with Dionysus-Heraclitus’type that determine the sovereign status of art and culture in Nietzsche’s heart. So Nietzsche takes the uplift of life will and the development of culture (they are unitive) as the highest purpose of political society and build a tendency to "cultural radicalism". Under the influence and guidance of this tendency,Nietzsche formed his own political philosophy values. Nietzsche’s proposed a concept of political elitism and accordingly conceived his ideal political institutional framework-"Noble Constitutional", which depended on profound critique of modern various forms and thought of politic as a precondition.Based on this cognition and overall understanding of Nietzsche’s philosophy system, this paper try to make a systematic interpretation of Nietzsche’s political philosophy with this method of text’s interpretation, logical analysis and deductive reasoning, in the end the author summarize Nietzsche’s theory as the "Cultural radicalism elite politics". The structure arrangement of this article is as follows:the full text is divided into four chapters. The first chapter of this article states in the research significance and foundation, and makes a brief analysis of the research status quo of Nietzsche’s political philosophy. The second chapter expounds the connotation and nature of the theory of Nietzsche’s "the will to power", cultural radicalism’s content and requirements under the auspices of the will to power, as well as its role in guiding values and political philosophy of Nietzsche envisioned system. The third chapter explains content of "cultural radicalism elite politics", including conceived premise, institutional framework, significance. The chapter four as the last chapter, it makes a conclusion on Nietzsche’s political philosophy, analyzes its effect of the theory and reality, and make a evaluation on Nietzsche’s political philosophy.
